proper consultations. This service is designed for this group
of patients.

A - All consultations are $85.00
Q - How do I get started?
A - It is four step process.
1. First you fill out our patient intake
form. This online form is very simple and easy to understand.
This questionnaire will need to be completed. This form will
give us the information needed to evaluate your specific case.
2. Based on the information that you have
provided, we will then review your case as if you were at
our office.
3. The third step is a 3-mail consultation,
during this communication; we will explain what is happening
to your body. We will then give you specific dietary, lifestyle
and supplementation recommendations based on the information
you have provided us with.
4. The forth step is to answer any question
you may have.
